Everything we do at Tech Valley Game Space is enabled by our enthusiastic members and volunteers. We are so grateful for your support, and we’re always striving to find new ways to leverage our collective energy to help the Capital Region game dev community thrive.
With that in mind, we want to commemorate the achievements and the hard work from our last volunteer coordinators, and celebrate the approval for the new coordinators. Per the bylaws, a quorum of 1/3 of all paying members is necessary to approve the new coordinators. The approval can be done on-site or digitally via Skype: join.skype.com/rKd5ZbjKN1Yc. We’ll also be hanging out together at TVGS, eat some snacks, have a good time and discuss ideas for how we can improve our community.
We’ve done so many great things together, and there’s no limit to what we can accomplish as long as we remain dedicated to improving. So, let’s get organized!

The volunteer sign up document will remain open until Tuesday, August 30th. If you volunteer, you will be expected to attend this Coordinator selection meeting on Wednesday, August 31st. The group of Coordinators will be chosen at this meeting, and will serve a term of 3 months.
